The house has multiple rooms, and other guests may be present during your stay.
We therefore ask you to pay particular attention to respecting the tranquility, common areas, and neighbors.

(1) • Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: by 11:00 AM
- Arrival and departure times must be communicated to the host at least 24 hours in advance, as we are not always present at the house.
- Check-in is by appointment.
- In the event of significant delays that are not communicated, there may be a wait.
- Any changes must be agreed upon in advance.

(2) • Number of Guests
- Access is permitted only to registered guests.
- Hosting additional guests without authorization is not permitted.

(3) • Noise and Quiet
- Respect for the quiet is requested, especially between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Please maintain respectful behavior as this is a residential area.

(4) • No Smoking
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
- There are smoke detectors inside every room.
- Smoking is permitted (ashtrays are required) only in the garden and on the ground floor terrace.

(5) • Pets
- Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed, but only upon request and prior agreement. Dogs will not be accepted if requested.
- A small fee applies.
- Owners are responsible for any damage or inconvenience.
- Pets may not be left alone inside the property.

(6) • State of the waste management property
- The accommodation must be kept in good condition.
- Cleaning is done at the end of the stay.
- Guests are asked to separate waste using the bins located in the rooms and in the hallway.
- In the event of extraordinary cleaning due to improper use of the accommodation, an additional fee may be requested and charged.
- Any damage or problems must be reported promptly.

(7) • Keys and Access
- Keys must be kept carefully.
-In case of loss, a refund (approximately € 200.00) may be requested for the replacement of the keys and/or any lock..

(8) • Damage
- Any damage caused to the property or furnishings will be charged.

(9) • Responsibility
- The property is not responsible for personal items left unattended.

(10) • Parking
- Parking is available free of charge on the street in front of the villa.

(11) • Tourist Tax
- The tourist tax (approximately €2,00 / 3,00 per person per night) must be paid upon check-in or, at the latest, by the day after arrival.

(12) • Terrace
- The terrace can also be used to hang clothes.
- Please keep it tidy and respect the common areas.

(13) • Assistance
- For any needs during your stay, you can contact the property.

(14) • Wi-Fi
- User Responsibilities: The user is solely responsible for any activities performed while connected.
- Prohibitions: Accessing pornographic, violent, or illegal sites, or sending harassing messages, is prohibited.
- Acceptance of Terms (Privacy): Use requires acceptance of the information on the processing of personal data.
- No sensitive data: Avoid accessing online banking, making online purchases, or entering important passwords while connected.
- Device Security: The user must safeguard their device, and the use of a firewall and antivirus software is recommended.

Access to the facility implies unconditional acceptance of each point of these regulations.
