Welcome to Villa Nepi Apartments
Villa Nepi was founded in 2019 from the desire to revive the family home, built by our grandparents and parents, which had been uninhabited for several years.
It's the place where we grew up, where we spent evenings as children, and where we still celebrate family holidays today.
We renovated much of the house and carefully furnished the four double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, to offer modern, functional, and welcoming spaces.
The villa can accommodate up to 9 people, making it ideal for large groups.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning, heating, sheets, towels, and bathroom products such as shampoo and shower gel.
Villa Nepi Apartments is located in a detached house in a quiet residential neighborhood of Cagliari, the Europeo district.
A few steps away, you'll find supermarkets, bars, Pastry Shop, a pharmacy, a laundromat, and several restaurants.
For those arriving by car, free street parking is available in front of the villa.
Guests with bicycles can use a covered parking area in our garden.
Pets are welcome;
Upon request, they can stay overnight with you in the rooms (for a small fee).
During the day, pets cannot be left alone in the villa.
We will be happy to host you and make you feel, even if only for a few days, part of our home.
